Staff are amazing! Units are clean and well maintained.
I cancelled in February but needed them to clean out unit and cut the lock. They told me my return check (since i had paid until August) would be at my home in 10 business days, i call back in 15 business days and am told they now need permission to cut the lock in writing but i wouldnt be charged for march since we were now a week into the month bc it was their mistake i had called in plenty of time to cancel. Love the office ladies here, super nice & very helpful! Storage grounds are always clean & prices are average/ affordable as far as storage goes. Highly recommend.
The lady that runs the office is very kind and helpful. The units and grounds are very clean and well maintained.
