This was the best psychiatric evaluation ever! It was my first time & each & moment was phenomenal! Beatrice is amazing & truly the epitome of a great person. Dr. Beatrice was very thorough and detailed. She was so patient and knowledgeable. She took her time and asked questions and made sure we understood everything. I appreciate her advice given to seek more medical help to get to the root of the problem. I welcomed that advice to help me understand better the whole autistic/ad&d sickness.
I was forced to see her because Centerwell primary care would not refill my prescriptions. I was told even though I had no mental health issues, I would have to see Miss B. because of the type of meds I needed. I spoke with her on a telehealth visit due to fact I was homebound at that time from severe back injuries. Very patient, loads of empathy, and a wonderful clinician. Makes you feel very comfortable and safe.
She came on very combative so I knew that was not going to be a good match. I could hear her initially and then after signing out and back in several times with no sound, I just gave up. She said she could hear me, but I could not hear her. She was steady talking as if I could hear her. I really needed that appointment yesterday. I asked not to be rescheduled with her and have another appointment set with another provider.
