She came on very combative so I knew that was not going to be a good match. I could hear her initially and then after signing out and back in several times with no sound, I just gave up. I scheduled an initial appointment about two weeks in advance with Beatrice Okoye. Received several reminders about the appointment which I appreciated and made sure I adjusted my calendar to attend the appointment on time. I had a 9am appointment this morning and waited 20 minutes for the provide Beatrice who did not bother to show up. Admin staff tried to make it appear to be my fault, however I logged in and out about 4 times and she was never there. Beatrice is absolutely wonderful. She has always had my best interest at heart and continues to understand me more than any other doctor, regardless of field of practice.
I have to take them down a star. I hate using the clinic portal. Full of bad connections and uncertainty of being in the correct room. My provider only uses her first name for her room as if there is nobody else named Beatrice. Then I'm waiting in the room and my provider doesn't show up. Appointment was at 3pm and I waited to 4:10pm before leaving. I better not get a no show charge. It was her fault. When I called an operator, they confirmed that the provider was running behind.
