This was the best psychiatric evaluation ever! It was my first time & each & moment was phenomenal! Beatrice is amazing & truly the epitome of a great person. Great experience! Beatrice was very easy to talk with and got me the medication I needed
She came on very combative so I knew that was not going to be a good match. I could hear her initially and then after signing out and back in several times with no sound, I just gave up. She said she could hear me, but I could not hear her. She was steady talking as if I could hear her. I really needed that appointment yesterday. I asked not to be rescheduled with her and have another appointment set with another provider. I scheduled an initial appointment about two weeks in advance with Beatrice Okoye. Received several reminders about the appointment which I appreciated and made sure I adjusted my calendar to attend the appointment on time. I had a 9am appointment this morning and waited 20 minutes for the provide Beatrice who did not bother to show up. Admin staff tried to make it appear to be my fault, however I logged in and out about 4 times and she was never there.
