I’m really happy with my haircut. Misty was very nice and professional, and she clearly knows what suits each person. Although it was my first visit in the salon, Misty and her assistant made me feel very comfortable and I felt like I know them forever. She took the time to understand what I wanted and made small adjustments that made a big difference. I left feeling confident and well taken care of.
I have been seeing Meagan for over 15 years, and honestly; she is unmatched. Every time I sit in her chair, whether it’s for a haircut, color, or a Brazilian (10/10, life-changing, everyone needs one), I walk out feeling confident, beautiful, and completely refreshed. My facial with Edie was excellent. She listened to what I wanted from the experience (basic facial more for relaxation than anything else). She did not try to upsell me products or services other than recommending dermaplaning which I was not interested in at this time. She applied moisturizer and massaged arms and hands and gave a nice neck massage as part of the basic facial. The spa area is very quiet which is often not the case in other places I have gone. I got my hair done this morning, and even though I was pretty quiet in the chair, I could hear and feel everything happening around me. The laughter, the singing, the constant chatter it was such a positive, uplifting space to be in during one of the darkest times of my life after losing my mom this past December. I can’t recommend Meagan enough! She’s a true artist! From the moment I sat down, she made me feel heard and excited about the transformation ahead. I shared my goals for a fresh cut and color that would bring out my natural color without overwhelming maintenance, and Meagan nailed it.
