The customer service is always exceptional. It’s clean and very well organized. I can find exactly what I’m looking for in the store and if they don’t have it Rae never hesitates to ask me what product I’m looking for and she’ll get it in. I’m grateful for her and her establishment. I highly recommend.
Always clean with a friendly atmosphere and offered to try new products or perfumes to make customers like me smile... I'm a happy customer with my local beauty empire. I really enjoy stopping on here. They always have things that I'm looking for, and somethings that I didn't know i needed. Courteous staff, clean store insure and out.
This store doesn't have a variety of hair to choose from & the prices are to high. It's a big store, it shouldn't look empty & it should have way more good quality hair.
Me and daughter always shop here. I always come because it’s close and it’s a wide variety of items. I purchased hair for bohemian style but wrong color. I brought it back not realizing you can’t return human hair. I asked for refund because nothing was wrong with hair and cashier working that day said it was opened and stated I should have read the receipt.
