Brooks was awesome, he’s very knowledgeable with both the real estate side of things as well as any home improvement questions and info. He’s very smart, concise, and professional, exactly the kind of guy you want as your realtor. The cherry on top was the 16 piece Ivory dinner set he gave us as a gift when we closed.
