There are some people on the property that get away w not being on the lease. Working a job under the table. They think they Owen the property. I've tried to be nice to the lady but she has anger issues. The guy is more laid back then her. But he got angry at the kids out here started yelling and cursing at them and shooting some kind of pellets that left welts on my grandson. I called the cops. Worst place to live, no management. The trash isn’t cleaned out and the people who throw trash and stuff aren’t held accountable for it. No matter how many times you call they will never pick up your calls. I asked for mantinence 8 months ago and still I haven’t received or heard about it. When I confronted her about it she’s like “maybe it was lost” and made me put in a new mantinence and I still haven’t gotten a response or anything.
Really nice office lady and there is a wait list to get into these apartments. They are subsidized housing. Quiet clean apartment community.
This place is horrible. No manager or maintenance workers. My family member had her hot water tank catch on fire, they still haven't sent anyone to fix it. She has 2 children...no hot water and can't use her stove to cook on due to electrical issues there. This place us horrible!!! Who can I call to get them to do something for her ...city of Columbus..6 on your side??
It used to be good over all now is mess up no maintenance care even if you are desperate in need they don’t care. Management should do something about this. No good laundry may be one or two work.
