Terrible experience, would not recommend BI to anyone. They don't care about the patient and child progress and their billing practices are extremely shady. There are lots of hidden fees as private pay. They put the child to sleep for extended periods and bill a huge amount for it. They never explain nap time/sleep charges and use jargon that is incomprehensible to the average person unfamiliar with ABA billing. They will ask you to give 30-day notice of service termination but they will stop the service anytime without any ... read more
The staff here are wonderful and dedicated. My son loves every person he works with. The space is very clean and organized. He has made amazing progress and we are so happy to be here. I can't say enough good things!
We had the best experience ever with these wonderful therapists. My daughter just graduated after completing two years with them. Everyone was so loving and patient with her. Her progress has been amazing! We could not have asked for a better outcome!
BCBA's were great. But there lacked a bit of management and professionalism when it came to staff. There was a lot of side talking then focusing on giving the clients the proper attention during their therapy session. Overall there were more negatives on staying than positives. Everyone has a different perspective.
