My son is started going to behavioral innovation since 1 month and he is very happy to attend everyday. Excellent staff. Leticia hleped us through the admission process. Khadijia and Megan has been very kind and professional. They follow up on my son personally keep me update with his progress & attendance. Thanks to all the therapists who is helping my son to achieve his goals.

My son has been at BI-Murphy for almost two year. We are very happy with our BCBA (Michelle). She is extremely dedicated to providing the best for our kiddo, and most importantly cares about building a relationship with the family and truly is there to support the parents through all the ups and downs. I'm appalled and heartbroken to share my experience with this center My autistic child suffered consistent neglect and abuse:Severe physical harm (ripped fingernail, recurring bruising) - Dehydration and malnutrition (staff failed to provide prescribed Pediasure and water) - Concealment of incidents (staff downplayed or omitted accidents) - Neglect and disregard for comfort (left barefooted on cold floor for hours) Staff showed lack of empathy, transparency, and accountability. I have had my son and daughter at the murphy location for over a year now. I have had nothing but a positive experience. My son has grown so much and the staff is exceptional. They listen to my concerns and promptly adjust his goals if needed. My daughter ended up graduating out of ABA because of BI. Can’t recommend them enough!
