DO NOT BRING YOUR KIDS HERE! This place is unsanitary and clinical care has declined greatly. None of the BCBAs know what they are doing and do not assist the technicians with client maladaptive behaviors. The company leadership does not care about quality ABA they are more so concerned about quantity. They also do not treat direct staff with respect or care, but rather expendable objects. If you are wanting exceptional ABA services please do your research but do not come to BI. This is a daycare, not ABA.
My daughter’s BCBA Jessica and Maxine are really focused on getting the best care for her. Moreover, they listen to our concerns and try their best to help us with a resolution. All the staff members are friendly and the RBTs are doing a great job as well. I admire their patience and commitment with our kiddos. I can see my babygirl enjoys going to the center. God bless them all.
I am so happy and thrilled with Behavioral Innovations; my son started ABA March 2023 and in the spawn of couple weeks when started he came home with something new, a new word, a new gesture, a new way of trying to communicate with me; which for me is all we can ask for. Everyone is so respectful, they give you a full end of day report, they listen to your child’s needs and reinforce your requests to accommodate as best they can. Friendly and caring staff! We feel very safe and comfortable here in the area and staff! My child has made a lot of progress and has gotten the help he needs and the parent training is the best just to make sure were all in the safe page. ❤️
My son really enjoys going to the center. I have seen a noticeable change in behavior. The staff is really attentive with the children.
