My son has been attending this therapy center for almost two years, and our experience has been overwhelmingly positive. The staff members who work with him are kind, professional, and genuinely dedicated to his progress. Any time I’ve had a concern, they’ve been open to feedback and have gone out of their way to accommodate our needs, which I truly appreciate. Review of ABA behavior innovations rowlett,Texas During my time at behavioral innovations , I faced several challenges that significantly impacted my experience. Unfortunately, many of my coworkers were unprofessional and rude, creating a negative work environment. Additionally, I observed consistent favoritism from management, which affected fairness and team dynamics. Amazing team thus far Krystal and Amber were great answering any questions I had and providing me and my son with support beyond therapy and reassurance. If you’re able to get your kids into ABA this location is a great place thanks!

My son has been going here for ABA therapy since the summer of 2018, and we really enjoy all of the staff and therapists here. They all work very hard, and always greet the kids (and the parents!) with a smile. The turnover for therapists isn't too bad, just seasonal. Many of the therapists do eventually decide to take their experience in ABA elsewhere, such as public schools, to work with even more special needs kiddos. I cannot say enough good things about Behavioral innovations Rowlett! This was our first experience with ABA and trusting our little one to someone else and it was one of the best decisions we’ve made! ABA has been life changing for our son. I walk in the door and know my child is loved and valued! My son has made such big strides because of the therapists and their programs. I wish I could give them 100 stars!
