We’ve had a great experience with this ABA therapy center. The staff is patient, supportive, and really take the time to understand my daughter’s needs. We’ve already seen progress with her communication and daily living skills. They make both our child and us feel supported, and we’re grateful for their dedication
My experience has been great at this location. Both boys are thriving with the help of Miguel and Ann and BI staff. I’ve been given tools to implement at home for M, To help him further his development and communication skills. I know for the other kiddo he will also learn techniques to communicate his needs and wants. The staff at this location are friendly, attentive, caring, and supportive. Thank you
My son has been here for just about a year and I am grateful for the grace and kindness the staff shows him as well as my whole family. They are always willing to meet us halfway and guide us patiently through changes. I love how much progress I've seen in my son. He genuinely seems happy to go to school and when I pick hi up he is in good spirits. I am sad that he will age out of the school next year, but I can honestly recommend this school to any concerned parent.
i must say i am really glad i came across BI. Right from the day I called to make enquiries about their services, they constantly kept in touch throughout the diagnosis and evaluaion process for my daughter till she was finally enrolled in therapy. Their facility is very condusive, the therapists are very friendly and professional. I called and the girl Michelle stated they have openings, then when I told her the types of insurance I have she stated they don’t have openings and it’s a 2 year waiting list that’s Discrimination. It’s either you do have openings or you don’t. For paying customers u have openings parents with insurance you don’t. How you make a choice like that over kid’s learning disabilities. How you sleep at night knowing you turn down families with insurance. Everyone is not able to pay quoted by your receptionist 2000-4000 a month.
