My son Roman has started at BI and has been there for a few weeks now. The improvements I’ve seen within in him have been amazing. His cousins say he is communicating a lot more. I have decided to leave this review now, because I have been asked every single month over email and I should have done this way sooner anyhow. I hope this place improved since our horrible experience last year. After my son attended this center for only 2 days last year, I experienced utter disgust and devastation at his pick up. This place is a game changer. My son was virtually nonverbal and started ABA at 4 years old. We switched from a different facility to behavioral innovations, and I couldn't be more glad that we did. They take an integrative approach to aba, and the monthly parent trainings really make a difference ( the parent training are one-on-one, and not a group setting). I continue to see progress in my daughter. One thing for which I will always be thankful is potty training. It was very difficult to get my daughter to go "number two" in the potty. It took a year of working with the providers/technicians at BI in Centennial but we are finally there!!! I REALLY LIKE it here.
I feel at peace knowing my son is safe. He is nonverbal, and one of my fears someone would hurt him, and I wouldn't know because he can't communicate. However, he is in good hands and making progress.
