Poor scheduling and repeated last-minute cancellations. They rescheduled once due to weather, which is reasonable. However, they canceled twice on the day of the appointment citing “provider emergency.” This shows a lack of respect for clients’ time. I would not recommend them.
They have made a big difference in our son's behavior in just the first few weeks of therapy. He looks forward to seeing Meagan and Makaya everyday, they are amazing and patient to my son and are very passionate in what they do. I highly recommend Behavioral Innovations!
My son started his journey At BI Last summer. I have seen much improvement in such a short period of time. The facility itself isn’t that big but that’s not a problem for me. But if you prefer a larger facility, they have other locations. Yes, it is high turnover, which can honestly be a little annoying, but I understand why that is.Thanks to the lovely staff who answers any and all of my questions. I would never allow this location to see my son again. Since we’ve been at our most recent ABA location, it is obvious that Behavioral Innovations is an awful place. Unfriendly staff, not communicative, and we had issues I can’t even begin to explain publicly. I highly recommend AGAINST this company, especially this location.
My son loves going to Behavioral Innovations! The therapists are so kind and are truly so invested in helping my son. We’ve also seen a dramatic improvement with his speech and communication. This place has been such a blessing for our family 🤍
