My child attended ABA therapy at Bl for nearly four years, and to this day, I continue to speak highly of this place and strongly recommend it. Not only did I witness remarkable progress in my son, but the team also became like family to us. Communication with the staff was always easy, consistent, and convenient. My son attends this facility, and we are extremely happy with the progress he’s made in both speech and behavior. The staff has also helped me better understand how to interact with him and support his development at home. We truly appreciate the care, guidance, and dedication they provide.
We are so happy at BI❤️ My daughter loves going and she is developing more skills every day. I feel that she is loved, supported and treated like family.
My boys feel so safe and taken care of at behavioral innovations. They are constantly learning how to overcome challenges and gaining skills that help them in everyday life. We truly appreciate the above and beyond care the staff at behavioral innovations provides.
My son attended here 6 years ago and we had a very bad experience with the BCBA at the time. We moved him to ABC and he had a much better experience but he aged out. Due to the need of ABA services, we tried BI again and I have to say I’m just as disappointed as before. My son’s BCBA is apparently “remote” and which is crazy… I was told by staff that they could come out to the car to get our son because I had 2 small children in my vehicle , and then told me (after waiting in my car forever making my son very agitated) that ... read more
