I like the community and I like how the trailers aren’t drafty during the colder season. I also like that they’re trying to improve “the look” of the trailer park. They’ve been working on the kid park since I’ve been here (it’s almost been a year now). This is why I gave it two stars. They’re “trying”. Good place to rent from . Park has been under new management and they have brought In new homes, paved the streets, and also putting in parking pads for each home. The lot rent here is reasonable and lots are big that you are not crammed on your neighbors. Good people in the subdivision and safe place to rent or bring In your on home . Ms Katrida is the best. Helpful in any and every way possible. Very easy to communicate with, rather via phone or email. Pretty decent property. Mostly new homes, clean and quiet. Close to most convenient places.
Property management was Horrible ofcourse! Ha ha whatever the property manger at the time. Got mad cause we didn’t say hey to him, while in the middle of a sell! An tried his hardest to evict after off his ego being hurt ! Anywho beware of theses predators. Seen em prey on multiple peoples down fall!
Love it the ladies in the office are wonderful and my children and me love our new home
