I was supposed to have a 5:30 appointment. When I got there no one knew about my appointment that I had made last week. I was met by a wonderful young lady named Sarah who was very helpful trying to find out who my appointment was with. I then met with someone by the name of Isaiah who was also very helpful and after perspiring and waiting for a very long time he decided to take care of me. I wanted a car wash and that is not available and hasn't been almost all summer. Bell Honda is normally very fast but due to the virus I believe they have slowed down.
