Here at Bella Capri, the management office and maintenance staff are always compliant with any maintenance request. The office staff is always available to listen to any issues within the apartment. The maintenance team is quick to get to the root of the problem and solve it. The replacement of the water heater was installed quickly and professionally by Miguel. I would not recommend living here. The rent keeps going up, but the quality of the property has not improved. Residents often work on their cars and ride dirt bikes around the complex, making it noisy and unpleasant. The buildings are old, and no matter how clean you keep your apartment, roaches are still a problem. I ended my lease early and found a much better apartment in a nicer area for a more reasonable price. Consider yourself warned. Ok side note staff was always very helpful. You'll be better off anywhere else. With a heavy heart, I gotta say I moved out and I feel relief and happiness that I'm gone. The best part about this place was leaving. At least before it was cheap, now, it's just all the bad things alone. Management is not only incompetent and rude, but borderline unethical. They don't answer and seldom ever provide resolutions. I have lived here since 2003, and cannot imagine living anywhere else. I have lived/been a lot of places, including living overseas, and Bella Capri is top notch. I am amazingly surprised by some of the reviews. I have only had positive experiences livin here. The office staff is always professional, compassionate, and kind, especially Christina.
