1 star because of the office is horrible. I can't remember her name, maybe it was Marianna? You'll most likely find her name in all these reviews because she's so rude. I needed to use their bathroom and instead of just letting me use it when I asked they give attitude and they point me to the pool bathroom where the lights flicker and barely work....why wouldnt you just let me use your perfectly functional office bathroom? Bella Capri management is extremely attentive and hard-working! They respond quickly to concerns and offer a compassionate and listening ear! They’re friendly and helpful and have quickly resolved every concern I’ve had. The maintenance team is also helpful, friendly, and attentive. All of my interactions with McKinley, the complex owners have been very positive and they’ve always been quick to help me understand how things work and help me through the applications process. I would rent with McKinley again!

I am extremely disappointed with this complex. I have lived here for many years, but almost a year ago new neighbors moved in (more than six men) and since then there has been constant noise at all hours. They go outside in towels and underwear, shout from the balcony day and night, and show no respect for others. I have complained to the office and sent several emails, yet nothing has been resolved. Hello I have been living at Bella Capri for several years and I have to say the staff here at Bella Capri are just amazing , from AVEN always taking care of our issues to Christina going above and beyond to help residents with residential issues and beyond . The maintenance team is A + always there working hard to make your apartment better . Marianne always making sure we have coffee and Miguel and team making sure we are good . Great team and we like them here at Bella Capri .
