DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!! out of all the places i have lived in, this is by far the MOST nastiest apartment ever. There’s a roach infestation and the property managers know that but don’t want to do anything about it. You can call and even go up to the office and they’ll tell you that, they’ll have someone come and check it out. but nobody will show up. Another issue is the apartment has this weird smell to it, along with many other issues they don’t care to fix.

I don’t know where to start just full of roaches pest control can’t control them! They charge $100 after the first day of rent of your late which should be due on 3rd each month! Maintenance people are lazy they do not answer the office phones at work the whole operation is bad here and I hate it Dont move here!

Definitely the worst complex I have ever lived on in Orlando. They charge an absurd rent for TERRIBLE apartments and service. The laundry is outside of the apartment and on my building it NEVER works, I have sent emails and talked to the office many times about the laundry machine on my building but they never solve the problem. The machine has stolled me many times and stolled me today. Enjoying my stay at Bella casa my experience with resident associates both person working in office are excellent people very knowledgeable especially Yoldani was very efficient in explaining all the process of moving in all documents needed made all experience very easy I am very grateful
