DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!! out of all the places i have lived in, this is by far the MOST nastiest apartment ever. There’s a roach infestation and the property managers know that but don’t want to do anything about it. You can call and even go up to the office and they’ll tell you that, they’ll have someone come and check it out. but nobody will show up. Another issue is the apartment has this weird smell to it, along with many other issues they don’t care to fix.

Definitely the worst complex I have ever lived on in Orlando. They charge an absurd rent for TERRIBLE apartments and service. The laundry is outside of the apartment and on my building it NEVER works, I have sent emails and talked to the office many times about the laundry machine on my building but they never solve the problem. The machine has stolled me many times and stolled me today. Bad administration. Complaints never get answered. Broke things barely get fixed. Old A/c units that doesn't cool up the apt. Half of the apt have new a/c units. They won't change my toilet that doesn't flush well and the a/c.
