I’ve been here for 2 years, I have no complaints. The maintenance crew responds immediately to my requests. The leasing office is super friendly, respectful, understanding. They try that we live in a safe and clean environment. I lived happy in this complex!
Maintenance worker "Ally" did a great job getting my air conditioner to work again after 3 days of no AC. He was very courteous and polite.
Today maintenance tech Donald Henry came to my unit 5543-3 to repair my clogged bathroom sink. Numerous techs has came to correct this issue but it was never fixed. Through his hard work he was able to pull out all the trash that had it clogged. Thank Donald.
I live in 5527 apartment 3, my experience with the office staff was magnificent, they always served me very well and always tried to solve my problems quickly, the maintenance staff are very attentive and honest in solving the problem, Mr. Francisco, the head of maintenance, was very attentive and Mr. Willian, the office manager, always tried to help me and solve the problem, thank you very much!
