I decided to try a cryo t-shock treatment to help me with my postpartum belly. It was so relaxing and non-stressful. It’s been not even a week and I can definitely feel a slight difference. I had a massage last week by Richard and it was amazing. He explained why I’ve been having so much shoulder pain and offered some suggested stretches to relieve pain going forward. I felt so relaxed after massage and will definitely book again. I will be a regular at Bella going forward. Next up: facial!
I came here yesterday for the first time and it was a wonderful experience. Richard intuitively knew what I needed for my massage. I slept 8 hours last night for the first time in weeks. Richard is kind and caring and very knowledgeable. Do yourself a favor and make an appointment. My friend got a facial with Taylor and it was great. I already booked my next massage with Richard.
