I Loved the Experience with the Staff. Jenn made sure everything was how I wanted it upon my move in Date. I'm really enjoying my new place of residence.

I have lived at Bella Ridge North since 2018. I initially loved living here but over the past 3 years the leasing agents and management have changed. They were unhelpful in solving noise issues from fellow neighbors which was an ongoing issue for almost 2 years. They suggested I move although I was the first to move in and moving would be a bigger inconvenience for me. The referral incentive is a joke as I referred a friend who moved here but I was not able to get the incentive because they moved into Bella Ridge South which... read more

I am a nurse who gets up at 5am to work a 12 hr shift. The idiots that live above me run thru the apartment (btw this is an adult). It also sounds like they are dragging furniture all the time. When I complained to management I was told that if it's not happening between 10pm and 7am there really isn't much they can do. I pay over $1800 a month only to be miserable all the time. So if I need to sleep at 9pm to get 8 hrs of sleep that's just too bad??? This is so unfair!!!

I would recommend not moving here if you are a female. We have had people peering into the workout area and in some cases following women home. Also, there are some strange things in the lease such as no candles, no creating odors that offend people like incense and cigarette smoke. They love to leave notes on your door explaining how you are in violation of your lease. Do not believe the good reviews. Come here and ask a Tennant.
Hi Jennifer, Aa always maintenance, the office team, etc. provides excellent customer service, with a smile. There is a quick turnaround for any reported/requested services. The team is customer focused, and go the extra mile is my experience, and so are you. Lastly, it has been my pleasure as a tenant of Bella Ridge.
