I had the pleasure to have Bella Terra Hospice, assist me with my Mom's after hospital care, later days & passing. The 24/7 line came in handy when I got frustrated with the care place was not ministering her pain meds. My 96yr old Mom didn't need to be in pain. They jumped to my aid for the same thing twice, on the weekend and a holiday. They were compassionate, answered questions, asked me questions I did not think of.
