I was able to get a same-day appointment here which was great. I heard such great things about this place that I was excited to get my nails done here. Unfortunately, the service was subpar. My cuticles were not managed correctly as you can see in the first 2 pictures. Unfortunately, I didn’t have time to stay to get it corrected as I had to leave. Within two days the strengthening polish that they use has all came off which you can see in the last 2 picture. Poor service.
Honestly, yes, prices are a little higher than other nail salons, it was big, but I think the service and attention to detail really make up for it. I was very very happy with my service, Tiffany and Ken were so kind! Also love that I wasn’t in there for more than an hour I get very impatient… great first visit! ♥️
The only positive about this place is that you can usually get a same day appointment if you don’t have foresight. Other than that, the experience is subpar. They are $20 more for a mani pedi with dazzle dry than their nearest competitor in Manhattan Beach that also offers it. I've been going to Bellacures for about 5-6 months. I liked the place due to the cleanliness. I must admit I've experienced various challenges overall and today was the final straw. I'll start with my prior experience. The time I had a manicure gel builder refill with Brandy. She was running behind then you can tell she was distracted with a personal matter. Brought my mom here as a Christmas gift after seeing them on instagram. Couldn’t have been a better experience, they were so friendly, the space is so relaxing and inviting. They offered us waters and the services were wonderful. I especially enjoyed the paraffin wax treatment, my hands still feel so soft! My mom enjoyed it so much she’s going to get the package they offer for multiple months of manicures. So worth it and totally fair prices for the spa experience. 10/10 will definitely be visiting more regularly!
