I recently had the unfortunate experience of living in an apartment that I cannot recommend to anyone. From the moment I moved in, I was confronted with several serious issues that made my stay uncomfortable and frustrating. First and foremost, I encountered a severe roach infestation. No matter how much I tried to keep the place clean, these unwanted pests seemed to take over. Update: Called and talked to the management and they were useless, stating roach infestation and the outlets being faulty weren’t emergencies therefore you’re at the bottom of the list. Asked how long and said could be months. I said I would start to withhold the rent until it was fixed, I was threatened with eviction and being put in collections affecting my credit and any future housing. I have been living here since October and so far love it. Sure here and there you might see little cockroaches/ghost ants but this is Florida not sure why some people seem surprised. I am on the ground floor. Prior moving I was worried due to the reviews but have been loving it here. In the beginning the A/C was not working and after promptly contacting the office they fixed it! Unfortunately my fridge went out over the weekend and had to call the emergency maintenance to come out and fix it. Donald quickly responded to the call and took the time to figure out what was going on and resolved my fridge issue. Donald was professional, knowledgeable and personable. He did a great job and he’s a life saver!
Today i was helped by the most respectful and kind worker i met at mckinely today. Donald Henry came in a fix the problem with no hesitation and with speed and knowledge. I thank you so much for the service and he made the kids laugh what a great guy thank you again
