I just wanted to address that I’m understanding why the pools are closed. We pay enough rent here for them to be close and today’s memorial weekend and they’re close again every time I go there for the past couple of weeks it’s close make that make sense

This place is by far the worst living environment in the state of Florida, and it's not even close. The apartments are infested with cockroaches, mold, and overall filth. Upon moving in, nothing was cleaned, and half of the appliances were broken. Despite a pre-inspection, no repairs were made. As for management and maintenance, they are utterly incompetent and uncaring.
