DO NOT RENT FROM HERE!!!!!!!!! This place is full of INCOMPETENT and LAZY staff. I've been having to deal with an active leak since May and put in SEVERAL request tickets, went into the office and spoke to several managers because they never last, NOBODY listened to me. What happened? My bathroom ceiling expanded, the leak flooded in my ONLY BATHROOM and NOBODY AND I MEAN NOBODYYYYYYYYY CARED. I have been living in this place for 1 year, I never had problems, until the early hours of Wednesday, April 3, where they stole my catalytic converter from my car parked in front of the leasing office! I called the police to report, I went to the leasing office to claim what had happened and the only thing they told me was that they would call the security company to be more alert, I need them to give me a solution! Here’s my story I stayed for 12 months, the apartment was moldy and it would constantly flood with sewage water and after multiple reports nobody even bat an eye to wash or change our dirty wore down carpets. The ceiling on the bathroom fell off due to a pipe being broken and the maintenance guys barely fixed it up and never came back to properly fix the drywall ceiling. Waiting 2 months for a working refrigerator. I have to call back The office manager after multiple times being told I would receive a call back. Worst communication from an apartment I've ever experienced. I had to call 12 times just to get ahold of someone, since no one from the office is capable of reaching out. I was supposed to have a refrigerator today. No one called, or showed up. They are now closed and I'm left with figuring out what to do. But if I'm late by 2 days to pay rent they charge $100. I'm beginning to have a love/hate relationship with my apartment. I moved here in March of 2023 with my three children from Tennessee. We LOVE the area and how quiet the complex is. We even feel safe here unlike our experiences back in Tennessee.
