I recently had the unfortunate experience of living in an apartment that I cannot recommend to anyone. Update: Called and talked to the management and they were useless, stating roach infestation and the outlets being faulty weren’t emergencies therefore you’re at the bottom of the list. Asked how long and said could be months. I said I would start to withhold the rent until it was fixed, I was threatened with eviction and being put in collections affecting my credit and any future housing. Save your money and time—this complex is awful. The management team clearly doesn’t care about residents’ living conditions; they only care about getting the rent paid on time. These apartments have rats and roaches, and things constantly break down. When maintenance comes, they do half-hearted jobs or rush through repairs, and it’s obvious they just want to leave without actually fixing anything. I have been living here since October and so far love it. Sure here and there you might see little cockroaches/ghost ants but this is Florida not sure why some people seem surprised. I am on the ground floor. Prior moving I was worried due to the reviews but have been loving it here. In the beginning the A/C was not working and after promptly contacting the office they fixed it!
