This team is incredible. I’m so grateful for them, I really don’t know where to start. My daughter was experiencing some major dental problems and Dr. Tran and his team went right to work to help us despite having already visited a different dentist. Dr. Tran is highly skilled, and extremely patient. His dental assistant was amazing. My daughter was a pediatric patient with a low tolerance for pain and frankly, she was not an easy case. I have had several root canal procedures in my life and my experience with Dr. Matthew Ellis was one of the best dental experiences I’ve ever had. It was virtually pain-free and I have been without any discomfort since the anesthetic wore off yesterday. Dr. Ellis, dental assistant, Kayleigh, and all other office staff were kind, patient and very attentive. This is definitely a state-of-the- art practice, yet it’s still a friendly and welcoming group of people.
I had a great experience at Belle Meade endodontics office. The staff was welcoming, organized, and made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in (especially the beauty working the front). The endodontist, Dr Ellis, was gentle, thorough, and explained every step clearly. The procedure was painless, and the follow-up care was excellent. Highly recommend this office for anyone needing a root canal or specialty dental care—you’ll be well taken care of.
Belle Meade endodontics was very nice, personal and professional. They make you feel very well cared for. The doctor explained everything thoroughly and makes sure you understand. They don't mind answering and explaining any questions you have. The other staff including up front and all dental assistants were personable and never minding talking to you. Would recommend to anyone having work done. Was a great experience for me.
Had a great experience with Belle Meade Endodontics! My dentist referred me for a root canal and I was very resistant and upset to learn that I did, in fact, need one. I went for my consultation with Dr. Tran and I was very skeptical and worried, but Dr. Tran spent a good 15 minutes informing me, reassuring me, and encouraging me to do some research and to take a few days to decide if I wanted to go through the procedure or not.
