Excellent experience from the minute I called. I came in on a Friday afternoon for an urgent consultation about a possible root canal that I was very concerned about. I never thought I would post a good review for a dentist - much less after one rooting around in my tooth canal - but BME & Dr. Ellis are truly five stars. May it have been the nitrous oxide? It may have...it may have...but in any event, it was the easiest, best experience I've ever had at a dental appointment. Excellent customer care, excellent at calming the patient, excellent work.
I am a 100% permanent and totally disabled veteran and was referred to Belle Meade Endodontics for a root canal after two months of pain. I went to my appointment and they would not see me because they had not received my "package" from the VA. I was very frustrated and in severe pain. I expressed my frustration with the receptionist and told them the VA assured me they had sent the package. Dr Ellis and his staff were extraordinary in every way. A relaxing atmosphere. Dr. Ellis performed exceptional work & was very professional in his conduct & behavior. He made sure I was informed & comfortable throughout my entire procedure. Highly recommend the services of BelleMeade Endodontics!
Dr. Tran is superb. My procedure was much faster than I expected and I was given detailed steps and photographs of all of the steps that were performed. He did a lot of work with the gum around my tooth and advised me there may be some pain around the sight. I didn't have any pain after my procedure.
