Had a great experience with Belle Meade Endodontics! My dentist referred me for a root canal and I was very resistant and upset to learn that I did, in fact, need one. I went for my consultation with Dr. Tran and I was very skeptical and worried, but Dr. Tran spent a good 15 minutes informing me, reassuring me, and encouraging me to do some research and to take a few days to decide if I wanted to go through the procedure or not. I had a filling come out on a pre molar and the nerve was exposed causing me excruciating pain. I called them and they were able to get me in same day and so graciously worked with me with my PTSD and anxiety from the military. Turns out it was infected. I ended up getting a root canal and the staff was awesome and friendly and communicative. The procedure took about an hour and the Dentist explained everything as it was happening. I had an amazing experience with Belle Meade Endodontics! From the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and professional. The assistant Kaylee that assisted Dr.Tran with my root canal was very friendly and very knowledgeable! Dr. Tran was amazing and very knowledgeable. I did not feel any pain and he made sure I was very comfortable and doing okay during my operation. They made what could have been a stressful situation feel calm and comfortable. I had emergency root canal surgery at Belle Meade Endodontics. The entire experience was incredible. The staff was wonderful, friendly, helpful and kind. Dr. Tang and his assistant could not have been more gentle,. He explained every procedure in a gentle voice as he worked. I was not anxious or uncomfortable for any part of the surgery. And, I had no pain after the procedure or after coming home to New York State. I am a grateful patient. Monika Katzel

The endodontist that I spoke with was super nice and very knowledgeable, I would have definitely trusted him to do my root canal! However, the front desk woman was not kind and she told me that she couldn’t tell me how much it would cost after my insurance is filed. I left not knowing how much it would cost and was going to have to pay full price to get the procedure done because she said she couldn’t give me a price.
