I’m midway thru a difficult implant process but so far I have been extremely pleased with Dr. Eichstaedt’s work! He has great bedside manner, but more importantly, excellent dental skills! I have felt very comfortable with each step of the process. He’s great about taking time to answer any questions or concerns I have along the way! This is our first of several visits to BOS. Being naturally apprehensive at first, our nervousness dissipated as we met with Dr. Ralph. He answered every question and put us at ease with his professional care. He was very easy to talk, very pleasant and caring. If I could give more stars I would! Dr. E and his team are absolutely incredible. I have had two procedures done here. The first being an exposure surgery for impacted canines in 2023 as well as all 4 of my wisdom teeth removed recently on 12/11/25. I have been coming here for years. The Dr is absolutely the best. He takes time to explain everything to you and he never hurries you out. The staff is also very helpful and friendly. Kelly, the office manager, has gone above and beyond for me. She has called me to make sure I was aware of what my insurance was doing and went out of her way for me. I wish I could clone the whole office and implant them at my primary doctors office. Absolutely best experience especially considering it’s oral surgery.
My wife had an extraction and implant. Everything has been amazing, the staff are so kind, compassionate and good at what they do. They were incredibly accommodating but most of all the work they did was incredible and she healed very quickly. Highly recommend
