After moving here from California I didn't think that this place would be of any help. I was blessed with an amazing counselor...not gonna mention names but they know who they are. There are, of course some horrible people that lurk around. Patients and employees alike. So stay in your lane , you know? I can say that the signing up process was relatively quick and easy. I wish that we could have dye free medication.

After reading the reviews I am glad I missed my appointment. It seems this clinic got worst this last year just like the one downtown. The one downtown I was never in and out. My schedule at work made it hard for me to go so I stopped. I don't know what changed in these clinics that made it worst. I don't want to be just a number and I want a counselor that cares . The phone groups are ridiculous. They need to just keep clients that really want recovery. Then they wouldn't have so many people and then maybe the counselors w... read more

First of all it's not 24hrs it's opened from 5:30 am-11:30am and you have to be there before 11:30am that's when they do last dosing. Plus the doors close at 11:30am. Sometimes he will keep the door open for 4 minutes after if the busses are running late. Just be there before 11:30am and you'll be fine. So far I've been going here for 7 months now and I really like my counselor Genkai, he's been really helpful and he's easy to talk to. The only thing I don't like is the groups, they are on the phone or you can go to the in ... read more

I am a strong advocate for the pre-pour system. It is a positive for everyone at the CTC, and is something that I thought should have been implemented a long time ago. Thank you for trying it out and I hope the experiment is a success that will see pre-pours continue into the future.

Idk why it says 24hrs because they open at 5:30am and close at 11:30am, I like this place, my counselor Genkai is awesome, he's doing a fantastic job. Keep up the good work. The groups that we have to do are ok, I don't like how many groups you have to do, it's good if it helps people stay sober. The nurse's there are also nice.
