Trying to make arrangements to transfer a HUD/VAS voucher i spoke with Cynthia Gullett at Belmont Court Apts , she was very helpful with my concerns and questions. She was courteous and represented the Housing Authority with the a high level of professionalism. I want to thank you for the great service that was provided. Would avoid this place at all costs! Definitely not worth it. Place is infested with bed bugs, roaches, and black mold. The community manager is always requesting more information “required by the auditor”, never responds to maintenance requests, and is just all the way around rude after you move in.
