Very nice very quiet I remember back in the day over 25 years ago when I moved to Tampa this was a very bad place to pass through especially walking through in Tampa was referred to as college Hill I was actually the name of the spot. It has a dramatic drastic change for the better and everyone seems to love it

BEWARE! They have a parking scam where their contract company preys on any car in the lot and tows them right after they leave the car. We were canvassing for a one day pop up COVID-19 vaccination site a few blocks away. We called the office for permission to work the property to alert residents we would be in the area and was transferred to voice mail.
