It's quiet except the music, and I don't appreciate the person who ran into my Chevy S10 and messed up my bumper,didn't even let me know. Parking is a major issue, but all in all it's quiet

Previous owners were a lot more stricter and actually took care of complaints. Have been complaining about neighbors who always blast their music disturbing others sleep and nothing has been done.
