All of the positive reviews being written here are a joke and the lady who says that she lives here and calls us the "belt & main family" - she must clearly be on their payroll. When looking at the reviews, look at the amount of reviews from people taking tours - and then look at the reviews of the people actually living here. Which group would you take advice from? Where do I begin. The elevators are loud and obnoxious. They announce the floor being stopped on (very loudly), which is very disruptive to residents trying to get sleep. Speaking of trying to get sleep - the fire alarms go off constantly during the day because the building cannot pass fire inspection. In this case, I am glad that I do not work from home. Valet Trash: trash is supposed to pick up 5 days a week, yet, I am only receiving pickup maybe 3 days a week, despite having the bags tied nicely and my light on by 6pm. C... read more
I don't live at Belt & Main, but I deliver here frequently. Kylan in the front office is always really pleasant and eager to help whenever I visit. He probably doesn’t remember me, but he treats everyone with such kindness. I just want him to know that his helpfulness is truly appreciated!
This will be my second new construction, and I truly appreciate being the first to live in a unit. While the natural aspects of new construction, such as permits, can sometimes be time-consuming, my conversations with Kylan and Danny convinced me that this is my new home! I love the nearby coffee shop; I can call in my order and pick it up on my way to the office. If you're looking for a great home with a friendly staff, Belt & Main is the place to be. Kristina
