After 15 months at Belt and Main, I can say it was a roller coaster to say the least. However, I am thankful for being patient until Belt and Main reached their potential, with so many more exciting things on the way. I am happy to be renewing my lease, and to give the biggest shoutout to the leasing team, all of them. Most importantly their leasing manager, Kylan. He has been a joy to work with. I’m super thankful for him and the team❤️
I've had such a great experience here so far! Our leasing agent, Kylan, was amazing — super helpful, patient, and went above and beyond to make sure all our issues were taken care of. He really worked through every avenue to help us, which made the whole process so much smoother. The apartments themselves are beautiful, clean, and feel very luxurious. Plus, the area feels safe and well-kept. Definitely recommend!
My sister and I just moved to the Dallas area and we were looking for an apartment that satisfied all our needs. After touring with Kylan, we were sold on our decision to go with Belt + Main. If we could, we would have signed the lease that day haha. Our overall experience so far has been nothing short of pleasant. We're excited to begin this new chapter, and even more excited to call this apartment our home!!!
Belt + Main was everything I was looking for in a home! The location, amenities and responsiveness of the staff really made me feel cared for. Kylan, our leasing agent was especially supportive, knowledgeable and did everything he could to make sure the leasing process went by smoothly, I couldn't have asked for a better agent! I definitely recommend!!
I’ve been living in this complex for a while now and overall it’s been a great experience. The management is responsive, maintenance requests are handled quickly, and the property is kept clean. For Texas standards, this is definitely one of the better places to live.
