I recently toured Belt+ Main, and I had a wonderful experience with the leasing agent. Kylan was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and thorough in showing me around the apartments. Do not move to this apartment complex. Everyone is very rude, but Kylen is very helpful and respectful to the residence who live at Belt & Main Richardson. They have also deleted Google reviews from residents who have complained about the living situation. There had to be a police stand camera that was placed in the complex area because this apartment had excessive break-ins and homeless people are staying in empty apartments. My brother and I recently toured Belt+ Main, and we were both really impressed. Kylan, our leasing agent, was extremely helpful. He made sure we understood everything, from the spacious layouts to the great amenities. Overall, the community feels welcoming, and we’re both excited about the possibility of calling this place home. Highly recommend visiting and asking for Kylan!
I love living at Belt+Main! From the moment I toured the property, I knew this was the spot for me. A huge shoutout to Zeth, the leasing agent who made my move-in process seamless! He was incredibly friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to answer all my questions. His attention to detail and genuine care for residents made me feel valued and at home from day one.
If you’re considering here, stop. They test the fire alarms for more than an hour every single day. The gym is still unopened. Management sucks—they changed management to Kairoi, and somehow they’re even worse? There’s no accountability whatsoever. All the promises made before moving in are not being met.
