Ben has been a true blessing in my life on good weeks as well as hard times. Ben has been a God send, helping me with substance abuse, as well as my mental health. By far, he’s been the best therapist I’ve ever had. Ben exemplifies a "One Size Fits One" approach with his clients. I'm talkative and fairly introspective. He allows me to run with my thoughts and interjects appropriately, causing me to take pause and consider a different perspective. I recommend Ben highly!
