Dr Stong performed a miracle in my opinion. My nose needed extensive repair due to six rounds of Mohs surgery. After the surgery and healing time my nose looked as good or better than before. This was about eight years ago and I am still in awe of Dr Stong.
My reviews keep getting deleted. This man ruined my face and gave me serious PTSD. Do yourself a favor a look elsewhere. He is horrible and all you need to do to find out is have a consultation with him. I didn't listen to my guts, I wish I did.
Doctor Stong did a deep plane facelift and deformed my cheeks and earlobes. He then dismissed me as a difficult patient and tried to blame me for his bad work.
It's tricky to leave a review on here because there guidelines are so strict. However the treatment and ethical standards as well as skill of this doctor are the worst I've ever encountered. My face is ruined and I have posted pics on other reviews where I can. Please do yourself a favor and find another doctor. He is not the only one in Atlanta that does Deep Plane despite him saying so.
This was a horrible experience I’ll never forget! The staff and doctor build up false expectations to get your money. They charge double the price of others with disappointing results. The staff and Stong wouldn't listen to me after treatment while I was in a life threatening condition!! Run from this place! I wish I never stepped foot in this office. Stong does not have the experience of a doctor that you need when it comes to surgery and manipulating your face! He has NO clue what to do when there are complications that can scar you forever! What a major nightmare that I paid way too much money to experience!
Dishonest staff and doctor who build up false expectations, charge double the price of others and don’t listen to you once they have your money. Be sure to view and ask questions about his before and after pic’s. His reviewers include his staff, family and friends. I highly recommend using a doctor with more experience and reasonable prices. Note- you don’t always get what you pay for!
My consultation appointment with Dr. Benjamin Stong went very poorly. I am a nice polite person. I was happy to be there & was looking forward to meeting with him. But in return he was rude, snippy, & snappy at me. He made disdainful faces like a bratty little boy at me for no reason. He did all of the talking, & didn't ask me any questions about the my particular situation for which I was seeking treatment. Unfortunately, this was my first ever meeting with a rude mean plastic surgeon.
3 yrs ago Dr. Stong did filler in my lips, temples, and tear troughs. My lips ams temples looked great. The filler in my tear trough was too thick and it looked like I had a pea under my skin. Now, 3 yrs later I went in for a second appointment to discuss options for my aging skin. He was informative, but he seemed angry throughout my entire appointment. He was not super friendly 3 yrs ago, but 3 yrs later he seems like a very unhappy person. I will go to someone else in the future.
