Dr. Berger and the staff are so accommodating, friendly and hospitable. They have been so gentle with my son who was a little nervous about getting braces. They have made him so comfortable. They know every patient by their first name and greet all of them the moment they walk in the door. Great place to go!
This is a long overdue review. My daughter started her Invisalign treatment last year with Dr. Berger and it has been such a great experience. The entire staff (Dr. Berger, Carl & Patty) is amazing and look forward to seeing them every visit. Scheduling appointments is never an issue and they are open on Saturdays which is a plus! I am so happy to have found Dr.Berger! We have had amazing service and the staff makes you feel like family right away! He had a special case with my son’s tooth that was needing to be moved during the course of the braces. He explained everything thoroughly and got the tooth in its correct place. I had an amazing experience at this orthodontist! The staff were super nice, and you can really tell they care about the people who come in. I called around 15 other places to get a retainer replacement, and everywhere else was charging at least $500. This place was much more affordable at $350, and they even gave me a discount, so I only paid $275 for everything—including the scans and the retainer.
