This is a long overdue review. My daughter started her Invisalign treatment last year with Dr. Berger and it has been such a great experience. The entire staff (Dr. Berger, Carl & Patty) is amazing and look forward to seeing them every visit. Scheduling appointments is never an issue and they are open on Saturdays which is a plus! I had an amazing experience at this orthodontist! The staff were super nice, and you can really tell they care about the people who come in. I called around 15 other places to get a retainer replacement, and everywhere else was charging at least $500. This place was much more affordable at $350, and they even gave me a discount, so I only paid $275 for everything—including the scans and the retainer. I am so happy to have found Dr.Berger! We have had amazing service and the staff makes you feel like family right away! He had a special case with my son’s tooth that was needing to be moved during the course of the braces. He explained everything thoroughly and got the tooth in its correct place. Dr. Berger and his staff have been tremendous. They’ve assisted with our daughter’s braces and made the process easy and comfortable. Everything from adjustments, rubber band color swaps and headgear options have been a breeze. The doctor and his staff even guided us through mouthguard options and adjustments for combat sports as well. We can’t thank Berger Orthodontics enough.
The very best orthodontist you will find in OC worth any drive and commute 😃 I love their hospitality and their knowledge ask them anything and they keep you in the loop! Also, they treat you like family they know who's waiting in the lobby by name 👌🏽
