Carol was my sales consultant. She knows the Volvo like the back of her hand! I first went in just to get info, and Carol showed me all the features and answered all my questions. I came back a few weeks later to test drive. She let me take it on my own for a couple hours. I was able to take the XC60 on roads that I typically drive to see how it handled. We have bought several cars throughout our lives, but Carol Thompson is THE BEST! This is the second car we have bought from her at Berglund Luxury and they are second to none in customer service. We can't say enough about them. Also, Adam was able to get our phones connected to the new car in no time. He is extremely knowledgeable and very helpful as well.
