Our salesperson was Laney with Infiniti. She was wonderful to work with, friendly, knowledgeable, and courteous. The sale manager was also very helpful, friendly and courteous. The process was as smooth as any experienced with previous dealerships. This is our second and absolutely best experience with Berglund Luxury

He took the time to walk me through multiple models, explained every feature clearly, and never made me feel rushed or pressured. He was friendly, patient, and genuinely seemed to care about helping me find the right fit. The whole process felt smooth and enjoyable thanks to his professionalism and expertise.
