I had my first service experience after buying a truck from them a while back. I had an oil change and received a call from Berglund telling me that my front ball joints were bad and would not pass inspection. They wanted to perform the work the next day.I told them I would take my truck to my mechanic for him to look at it. My mechanic advised me there was nothing wrong with my ball joints. I did not receive a call back from Berglund after I called them for an explanation.
