This company is FRAUD! Never completed the rodent in the attic trapping contract and never refunded the money. You call them and they will only respond if they can get money out of you. Don't count on Frauds - Berrett is a fraud company
Scheduled an initial pest control service since we are new to San Antonio. Technician missed the wasp nests in the back. Called for them to come back out, but the tech went to the wrong house (after being here the week before). Received an email saying house was serviced, but I was home all day specifically to point out the issue spots on the back patio, and he never showed. Do yourself a favor and try someone else-
