DO NOT USE BERRET PEST CONTROL!! THEY ARE A SCAM!! They offer you all these discounts but yet do not provide great service. They would pull up to provide me with a service that do not take pride in. The pest problem i had never went away. There is no way the technician has provided great service when they are not even at your home for more than 5 min. I have a pretty decent yard. Then they expect you to pay. So again if you want great service for a decent price. Alta pest control is the way to go

Would not recommend! Nice people but terrible service and a huge lack of integrity. Manager would not return my call either. Service tech came out to inspect my house and do the service but his equipment broke down so he wasn't able to do the service. He told my wife he would come out the next morning to complete the service but never showed up. My wife called him to ask him where he was and he said that the office was supposed to call her. These guys are pros! So professional and prices are very reasonable. They show up on time- and don’t charge for in between calls. I HIGHLY recommend!!! Kaitlyn was so helpful with clarification of a question as well and so very kind! Great folks to work with!

I would NEVER recommend Barrett Pest Control. When I first called, I asked for a VERY specific service. The customer rep assured me it was noted and the tech would come prepared. When the tech arrived, he was completely clueless about our issue and didn’t have the right tools or chemicals to treat it. Instead, he told me to pack up my dogs and child so he could “just do basic pest control” (not what we needed). Barrett pest control has canceled service on my manager multiple times without notifying us. My manager has wasted hours waiting for them at the property. We have urgent pest control issues we advise them of for a rehab and sale of my property. They we're advised how important the services for the rehab and sale of my property.
