First time using their services for the general pest control spraying. They were very clear over the phone about their initial service fee of $119 followed by a monthly fee of $43, and were able to book me for a same-day service. Nathan M. was my technician, and he did a great job explaining the spraying he did inside and out and what next steps would be for the wasp nests he found.
Michael was polite and professional. He was able to escalate a problem to proper management level that had been happening for four months with not receiving emails and Invoice Receipts . He personally contacted me back with the problem resolved and reissued the past four Paid In Full Invoices for my records. Kudos to Michael for sticking with it and being a major partner for success. I found Berrett last year when I thought I was hearing squirrels in my mom’s attic. A gentleman came out quickly and within 10 minutes said he didn’t see signs of activity in her attic. I thought that was very honest of them, so when I purchased my home, I went with Berrett for services. They’ve always been okay. Called when I noticed an increased number of wasps looking to find a good nesting space by my front door… call on Friday, serviced scheduled for Tuesday! Can’t beat it! And at no extra cost due to the quarterly service plan, so it’s even better!
We had a disappointing experience with this company’s customer service. After signing up for their services, we found that none of the treatments were effective. When we reached out to report the issue, getting a follow-up appointment was difficult, and the technician who visited our home was not only unhelpful but also rude. Unfortunately, despite multiple treatments, our issue remained unresolved. Based on our experience, we wouldn’t recommend their services.
