I wanted to take the time and say how great Jeff was at Best Brands Appliances. He answered all my questions and gave us options from high to low end models of Ranges and in the end we went with Jeff’s recommendation. Jeff is very knowledgeable and didn’t hesitate to answer any of our questions any time of day. Thanks again !
Best Brand Appliance was our second stop in our search for appliances. After meeting Marc Azulay, the search was over! He provided great pricing but more importantly, he provided a great shopping experience with detailed explanations, thorough knowledge, and a genuine passion for his job. There is no doubt that he is the reason we decided to purchase our appliances. I highly recommend stopping by and meeting Marc. You will not be disappointed as he works endlessly to meet your every need.
I don't know how they hire their employees. I had a very horrible experience with one of their employees, his name is Aaron Cohen. He is very rude, very disrespectful, unprofessional and immature. He accused me of trying to play games, wasting his time and he is neither working for me nor the builder. I don't even know if they get trained how to provide proper customer service.
