John was absolutely incredible to work with! He was knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely took the time to help me find the right mattress instead of trying to pressure me into the most expensive option. He answered all of my questions, let me compare different mattresses, and helped me find one that I truly love at an amazing price. His customer service was exceptional from start to finish, and he made the entire experience enjoyable and stress-free. It’s rare to find someone who is both honest and so invested in making su... read more
Came in to purchase a new mattress and John couldn’t have been more helpful. He had a wonderful disposition and we honestly felt like we knew him forever. He made us feel very comfortable. John was exceptionally helpful in working with us on our budget and there was absolutely no upselling pressure by him. We have always purchased mattresses from other stores and this is our first visit to Best Mattress. It certainly won’t be our last. Thank you John!
Johnny hooked us up. I've been dreading facing the reality of needing a new mattress, but Johnny made it the most fun we’ve ever had shopping, and it felt like he was truly steering us in the right direction and optimizing every decision. We even tried an interesting body scanner that helped us decide between 2 mattresses. Johnny went the extra mile, and we are very thankful.
Went to this location, store #10, and met John. He listened to my needs, introduced me to Best Fit AI, and showed me several choices. John made this visit a pleasant experience. Thanks to John, I am enjoying my new mattress. If you're looking for a new one, I recommend seeing John at this location. I would also like to give a shout out to the drivers, Andrew and Luis. They took out my old mattress and set up my new one quickly. They both were very courteous and professional. Thank you guys!!
John gave us such a wonderful experience. Something I wasn’t too excited to shop for turned into a fun journey and finding the exact mattress we need. He’s so personable, thoughtful, and charismatic.
