Went to this location, store #10, and met John. He listened to my needs, introduced me to Best Fit AI, and showed me several choices. John made this visit a pleasant experience. Thanks to John, I am enjoying my new mattress. If you're looking for a new one, I recommend seeing John at this location. I would also like to give a shout out to the drivers, Andrew and Luis. John gave us such a wonderful experience. Something I wasn’t too excited to shop for turned into a fun journey and finding the exact mattress we need. He’s so personable, thoughtful, and charismatic.
I would give 10 stars if I could, John was an absolute pleasure to work with! From the moment we walked in the door he came right on over and greeted us. He is extremely knowledgeable and answered all the questions we had and was very patience with us as we were back and forth on a couple of our options we narrowed down to.
