Horrible experience. Me and my finance missed one couples therapy and we tried to schedule another one and they wouldn’t let us. Let me remind you of why we were going. Current life crisis almost homeless relationship in the gutter and tension from family and friends on our relationship but when we ask for advice that is steered south too. Don’t book appointments here they don’t give you any chances so better hope your schedule is perfect cuz if it ain’t your getting screwed over
I've been receiving mental health care at Better Days since their opening in 2023 under a different name. I cannot recommend them enough for therapy services.
I’m so glade I had someone tell me about this place. After the pandemic I had a hard time finding a place that took my daughter insurance. Have been coming for for about 5 months and I have seen a change in my daughter and she connected well with her therapist which has been hard in the past. I have recommended this place to a few other friends looking for therapy.
The staff are very pleasant and welcoming. Their lobby is never crowded, and they offer complimentary coffee and water, which is nice!
Better Days Mental Health has beautifully decorated offices and a fantastic Clinic Director!
