I could go on and on about my visits to Gryphan at Better Days Mental Health. I wish I had more pages to write more. I came here after a death in my family and Gryphan has helped me immensely. I love my therapist! Been with him off and on for about 10 years and this is just another place that I've followed him to. I look forward to therapy every week and feel soo much better afterwards. Bryan Hall has kept me sane lol. I always feel safe, comfortable, heard and seen. Love the option of telehealth as well, because traveling to doctor appointments isn't always easy for me with all of my health issues.

I love the flexibility that they offer. We do not live close enough to go to the building, but my daughter‘s therapist does virtual and it gives us the flexibility of in-home therapy in her comfort zone, but gives her also the ability to talk to somebody about what’s going on and I’m getting the stress and all of her feelings out and I would highly recommend this clinic for any type of mental health and especially the therapist that my daughter sees Jeannie Hamilton she is a wonderful therapist. Torri is absolutely phenomenal. I went through a few therapists trying to find one that was a good match for me, and now I have been seeing Torri for over 2 years. She has helped me immensely and is always there for me. No judgement about anything I have done or been through. She has talked me through some of the hardest times in my life. I don’t know where I would be without her.

I’ve only been attending once a week for the last month. Cody S is my therapist and I was a little worried because he was pretty new to being one. But so far, I’ve enjoyed every session we’ve had.
