I could go on and on about my visits to Gryphan at Better Days Mental Health. I wish I had more pages to write more. I came here after a death in my family and Gryphan has helped me immensely. He is compassionate, listens intently, offers ways to handle my emotions, concerned about his patient, and talks me through times when I don’t feel good. I love my therapist! Been with him off and on for about 10 years and this is just another place that I've followed him to. I look forward to therapy every week and feel soo much better afterwards. Bryan Hall has kept me sane lol. I always feel safe, comfortable, heard and seen. Love the option of telehealth as well, because traveling to doctor appointments isn't always easy for me with all of my health issues.
My sessions are very helpful with the issues I am dealing with. My counselor, Gryphan Douglas, puts me at ease so I can talk freely about what and how my PTSD symptoms are affecting my mental health at that time and how to work through it. I would recommend Better Days Mental Health Counseling services if you are in need for PTSD as I am.
The quiet space is perfect for me and my therapist is wonderful! When you arrive the waiting room is a quiet and warm space to relax before you appointment.
I’ve only been attending once a week for the last month. Cody S is my therapist and I was a little worried because he was pretty new to being one. But so far, I’ve enjoyed every session we’ve had.
