Nice facility but extremely overpriced for its location..there are cheaper options in town. our unit rent goes up what seems like monthly. They have a lot of empty units…rates are way too high. We just emptied ours and are going elsewhere. units dont seal well, everything got really filthy. Adjacent unit also was encroaching on ours.
I spoke with Scott and it was one of the best customer service experiences I've had in a long time. He was patient, informative, thorough, and most importantly they way he spoke was so calm, soothing, not rushed and completely put me at ease. Scott deserves a raise!
I accompanied my dad to rent a storage unit at Betteravia Self Storage and it was a great experience from start to finish. They listened to our needs, showed us several units, thoroughly explained pricing and move in, and answered all our questions. The units we saw were spacious, clean, and easy to access, and the pricing was very reasonable. Alicia was particularly helpful and friendly and made the entire process seamless.

Best storage I’ve ever been to hands down.. no mice or anything very clean.. I was in a emergency situation from moving and when I arrived, even when they were booked for appointments and couldn’t get me in and told me to come back tomorrow they saw I was kinda bumbed out about it they still got me in and got me set up within 15 minutes! Very nice respectful people.. security cameras and fences are secured.. I’m a quality over quantity guy and this very much quality..
