Best storage I’ve ever been to hands down.. no mice or anything very clean.. I was in a emergency situation from moving and when I arrived, even when they were booked for appointments and couldn’t get me in and told me to come back tomorrow they saw I was kinda bumbed out about it they still got me in and got me set up within 15 minutes! Very nice respectful people.. security cameras and fences are secured.. I’m a quality over quantity guy and this very much quality..
The staff was great to work with. Helped me out of a small into a bigger with no problem and got a great deal! Hopefully never have to move again and need a storage but if ever do I'll be sure to go back!! Thanks guys, keep up the great friendly service.
Great customer service and the best prices around. We were able to set up, pay for and start moving into a unit within 15 minutes of walking in the door. Thanks for being an amazing company for my family’s needs.
Clean place, nice people, good prices, discount for signing up, highly recommended. The staff are nice.. Alicia and Laura are very friendly. Thank you! Today, I closed it, got my mission accomplished. Considering moving from a north city unit to Betteravia Self Storage because it seems more secure, and at least initially less expensive.
Great experience overall! Had my stuff here for over a year and never had any issues. Staff are very nice and willing to help the best they can.
