The facility appears nice however everything in our unit was covered in dirt, not dust, full thick layers of dirt so they obviously are not sealed well at all and their maintenance team most be just blowing the drive space directly at the units. Then our unit and several others were broken into, our lock was cut off and several items were stolen, there was no attempt from the management to make it up to us, I know they aren't required to, but as a sign of effort on their end, such as a partial break in that months rent or so... read more
Yvette, Taylor & Laura are an awesome team to work with. Getting my storage in a place where I can have a bin placed out front for a U-PACK service was a deal changer, so happy that this facility provides that option.
The facility is clean and safe, the employees are friendly and helpful, but I do not like that my rent goes up about every 6 months. Seems really unreasonable, thus 4 of 5 stars. I may need to relocate soon.
Candie, was most helpful in getting an reservation online at one of their other Storage stores closer to my home. I tried myself but for some reason I couldn't get the reservation to go through. Candie was so kind and sweet and so eager and energetic and happy to help. With her help I was able to get into a new unit. The unit was very clean. Thank you Candie!
It wasn’t a good start, they weren’t open as advertised, when I called about it, I was told the rep may have left to go to the bank. The central office did suggest another location but the prices at that location were different. Afterwards, no complaints. Facilities are well maintained. It has been two months.
