This is a very nice facility, and I had a unit here several years ago. I left because they increase the price every six months! I needed another unit for a few months, and I liked the special they were running— half off for the rest of the year (3 months), so I looked on line and found the size and price I wanted. When I came in, shortly before they closed, I was told that they only had one available at that price, and that if I came in the next day (the 2nd), I would not be able to get the discount. This place is awesome, why you ask? 1st I went to the wrong storage business on Betteravia just down the street, and there was no one in the office, however there was a number to call so I did. Just answering the phone was apparently a big task, he wouldn't let me say a word and finally he told me I'M WITH A CUSTOMER!! First of all he had no idea why I was even there, obviously that's not the way you talk to customers, and told him he sure lost me as a customer. Nice facility but extremely overpriced for its location..there are cheaper options in town. our unit rent goes up what seems like monthly. They have a lot of empty units…rates are way too high. We just emptied ours and are going elsewhere. units dont seal well, everything got really filthy. Adjacent unit also was encroaching on ours.

I spoke with Scott and it was one of the best customer service experiences I've had in a long time. He was patient, informative, thorough, and most importantly they way he spoke was so calm, soothing, not rushed and completely put me at ease. Scott deserves a raise!

everything was fine until the next day after they took my money!!!!!,I had taken my motorcycle there[not assembled]because i was restoring it ,i took like 5 boxes of parts and rolled my frsme with the wheels on it.
