The people in the front office are polite, helpful, efficient & friendly. The facility is clean. The price very reasonable. If I need a storage in the future, I will go back there. Highly recommend them.
Staff was very friendly and extremely helpful. His knowledge about how the process worked and what cost what upfront was impressive as well. Great experience after a long day at work.
Rented a unit today, and the manager Joe made everything so easy. He was nice, friendly and funny. He was very informative about the whole facility. He got me an amazing move in special. First month free on my 10 X 15 unit. The facility was clean and well kept. I would recommend this facility to anyone who needs storage. 5 stars isn't enough. The manager, Maralyn, was amazing as well.
The staff are friendly, but the inconvenient location and recently raised rates are not a good value unless you live nearby. One reason so many units have been vacated.
Yvette, Taylor & Laura are an awesome team to work with. Getting my storage in a place where I can have a bin placed out front for a U-PACK service was a deal changer, so happy that this facility provides that option.
