This place is awesome, why you ask? 1st I went to the wrong storage business on Betteravia just down the street, and there was no one in the office, however there was a number to call so I did. Just answering the phone was apparently a big task, he wouldn't let me say a word and finally he told me I'M WITH A CUSTOMER!! First of all he had no idea why I was even there, obviously that's not the way you talk to customers, and told him he sure lost me as a customer. Nice facility but extremely overpriced for its location..there are cheaper options in town. our unit rent goes up what seems like monthly. They have a lot of empty units…rates are way too high. We just emptied ours and are going elsewhere. units dont seal well, everything got really filthy. Adjacent unit also was encroaching on ours.
I accompanied my dad to rent a storage unit at Betteravia Self Storage and it was a great experience from start to finish. They listened to our needs, showed us several units, thoroughly explained pricing and move in, and answered all our questions. The units we saw were spacious, clean, and easy to access, and the pricing was very reasonable. Alicia was particularly helpful and friendly and made the entire process seamless.
I spoke with Scott and it was one of the best customer service experiences I've had in a long time. He was patient, informative, thorough, and most importantly they way he spoke was so calm, soothing, not rushed and completely put me at ease. Scott deserves a raise!
