Great customer service and the best prices around. We were able to set up, pay for and start moving into a unit within 15 minutes of walking in the door. Thanks for being an amazing company for my family’s needs.

Today, I closed it, got my mission accomplished. Considering moving from a north city unit to Betteravia Self Storage because it seems more secure, and at least initially less expensive.
Great service, staff were great, kind, courteous and understanding. I only ever had to get in contact with them a few times and each time was pleasant. The facility had great security policies too. The policies they had in place incentivized accountability and security, and that made me feel like my things were secure, along with the basic security technology they had installed. I can honestly say the staff here is very friendly knowledgeable and they greet me with a smile. I'm very pleased with Manager who runs this facility and makes sure your valuables are safe in a clean environment. I highly recommend anyone who wants great prices,friendly staff and peace of mind when storing there valuables.
Great experience overall! Had my stuff here for over a year and never had any issues. Staff are very nice and willing to help the best they can.
