#Apartment102 Moved out in October of 2025 because of the mold and Roach infestation. This apartment should have never been rented out. It is written in my file that I complained of the roaches when I moved in.
DON NOT MOVE IN THESE WE ARE INVESTED WITH MICE AND NOTHING IS BEING DONE!!!! THESE TOWNHOMES ARE OLD THEY DONT DO NOTHING THE OFFICE IS ALWAYS CLOSED, THERE IS NOON TO EVER GET IN CONTACT WITH!!! THEY NEED ALOT OF WORK TO BE DONE ON THESE UNITS!!!
I have lived here 14 yrs and had bad experiences with previous managers and maintenance workers. I am so glad that Elizabeth and Mike are here now. Elizabeth is very nice and works well with us. Since she's been here I've seen a lot of improvements. Mike is also very nice and gets to work orders on time. Elizabeth and Mike are awesome glad to have them both here.
I have been living at Bexar Creek Apt for over two years, and since Elizabeth (manager) and Mike (maintenance) started working here, things have shifted for the better. What an incredible team they make. Thank you, Elizabeth, for being nice, helpful, and making it easy to talk to you. Big thank you to Mike for all the improvements you have help make and for being efficient.
Ive lived here coming up on 2 years and i absolutely love the community. Elizabeth and Mike are making great changes and have successfully opened the pool for us residents. We were promised for so long but now its available for us. I love all the changes these 2 have done for us. I feel safe and comfortable in my home.
