#Apartment102 Moved out in October of 2025 because of the mold and Roach infestation. This apartment should have never been rented out. It is written in my file that I complained of the roaches when I moved in.
DON NOT MOVE IN THESE WE ARE INVESTED WITH MICE AND NOTHING IS BEING DONE!!!! THESE TOWNHOMES ARE OLD THEY DONT DO NOTHING THE OFFICE IS ALWAYS CLOSED, THERE IS NOON TO EVER GET IN CONTACT WITH!!! THEY NEED ALOT OF WORK TO BE DONE ON THESE UNITS!!!
Unwilling to help or learn how to assist family's going through a rough patch. After continuously going and explaining they still kick you out after saying you have also put application for city of san antonio. They have 2 pools but only b open 1. And there has been broken glass laying on the floor of the walk way for 3 months. That I have brought to management's attention and still havent cleaned it up. kids play all over the complex because there is no playground.
Elizabeth is a great property manager. She deserves a raise and some help . We don't want to loose her
I have lived here 14 yrs and had bad experiences with previous managers and maintenance workers. I am so glad that Elizabeth and Mike are here now. Elizabeth is very nice and works well with us. Since she's been here I've seen a lot of improvements. Mike is also very nice and gets to work orders on time. Elizabeth and Mike are awesome glad to have them both here.
