#Apartment102 Moved out in October of 2025 because of the mold and Roach infestation. This apartment should have never been rented out. It is written in my file that I complained of the roaches when I moved in.
Unwilling to help or learn how to assist family's going through a rough patch. After continuously going and explaining they still kick you out after saying you have also put application for city of san antonio. They have 2 pools but only b open 1. And there has been broken glass laying on the floor of the walk way for 3 months. That I have brought to management's attention and still havent cleaned it up. kids play all over the complex because there is no playground.
I just want to give Elizabeth a big shout out for getting us in right before the holidays. When I was so inpatient she was so patient. From the beginning she is so honest and will put her all into getting you approved. THANK YOU ELIZABETH FOR EVERYTHING!!!
Elizabeth was awesome She went above and beyond with her costumer service. Every knowledgeable and answered all our questions. Amazing work ethic.
