Dr. Smith has been my dentist for several years. I first saw her at Total Health Cares, Division Street Location, back before the pandemic began. I had a mouth full of broken & rotten teeth. Two or three of them were broken off at the gum line, and she was able to pull them with very little trouble. I guess that because of the pandemic,and due to the fact that Total Health Care had stopped seeing any dental patients Dr. Smith moved on. Bad customer service and not friendly. She worked on my mouth when she worked at total health care. I had pain afterwards for months. Each time she worked my mouth she would just leave out without explaining anything or saying goodbye. Wow I will never allow this lady to work on me or anyone I know. Maybe it’s time for her to retire. She’s not into her art!
