This is a well-stocked and clean supermarket, one setp up from a small store. I have been there a few times, and my Asian partner considerably more. At a recent visit I accidentally knocked over a bottle of sauce valued at about $5. No issue, accidents happen. The girl said that I must pay for this. I didn't argue and paid but asked her if the store did not recognise 'lifetime customer value' ? She said no, all breakages must be paid for. This is one of the best Asian Grocery stores anywhere, let alone Cairns. Plenty of choice, good prices, friendly staff...a Cairns Asian gem!
