OUTSTANDING Service from booking to delivery and followup. Excellent communications throughout the process. The moving crew was efficient and thoughtful in the orchestration if this move. Intelligent packing of the truck and everything arrived in great condition. Best decision we could have made in this move!
A while back, I added my name to a great 6-month promotional rate for a storage unit. At the time, there were no units available in the size I needed. However, today I got a call from Josh telling me some units were available. I wanted a larger unit and he checked and a found one for me with the same great rate. He was very patient and thorough. Josh explained all the details with me and I grabbed my unit. I really appreciate that Josh reached out to me and I am very happy with this deal!
Big Ben's crew did great and were super efficient when I needed help moving. The crew was very kind and communicated really well, also they were careful with all the furniture, boxes, ect... they have a great set up and all the needed supplies. I highly recommend them and look forward to using them again in the future. Go Big Ben's! 🤩
Great experience working with Kayla! She was so friendly and helpful and got me a great deal. I used both their moving and storage services and had wonderful experiences with both. Movers Joseph and Jason were very friendly and helpful. They handled all my things with care. I will be using their services again when I move my things out of the storage unit.
I had a great experience being helped by Josh and Lala on two seperate phone calls. Josh was very patient with me as we set up my unit and Lala was helpful in navigating me through the decision making process and understanding with my hesitations. I just got access to the storage unit so I know it’s legit. Overall, a very professional and positive experience working with Big Ben’s!
