When the tornado struck in May of 2024, Big Elm was absolutely the best at what they did! The best crew and very respectful and did exactly what they said they would do. I have recommended them to other friends and neighbors and they were not disappointed at all. After my 60 foot tree was cleared from my house, they did a wonderful job cleaning everything up. Best team for the job hands down!
Unfortunately, I live on a street that is peppered in trees, although it is greatly appreciated all the shade that they provide along with that is lots of upkeep, and even though these guys were highly recommended by they greatly exceeded my expectations!!! Not only were they very professional, but they were extremely reasonable!!!
I had five bids for removal of three large trees and trimming another. Two trees were on a very tight location. David was very competitive and honest. His team arrived on time and spent 10 hours working. His team was respectful very thorough. Clean up was perfect. Highly recommend! His lead man Colton was very accommodating.
Due to the recent freeze, we had several tree branches and limbs fall in our yard and some even landed on our home damaging our gutters. I had procrastinated for so long and it ended up costing me more because of the roof/gutter damage. I should’ve called David w/ Big Elm sooner. His crew was able to trim the trees that were hanging over my home and privacy fence. Big Elm Services, LLC to the rescue again. Some shaggy, hard to mow under and in the way trees needed to be cut back. The Big Elm Crew came out and cleaned them up, hauled away the cuttings and outside of my place looking so much better you cannot tell they were there. Thank you guys for your excellent work.
