Absolutely love this place! Everyone is so friendly and makes sure you are well taken care of. I take my water sample at the start of the season and Cynthia gets me squared away every time!! If you have any issues with your pool and need help she is the best, I’m still new to this whole pool thing but she goes above and beyond to make sure I purchase the right chemicals and put them in correctly. Highly recommend this company!
We purchased our home in November 2025 with this pool already installed by Big Kahuna. The system is fairly complex, with a pool, hot tub, two heaters, and a control panel that isn’t very intuitive. Since we had never owned this setup before, we contacted the original installer, Big Kahuna, and paid $350 for someone to come out and teach us how to operate everything. We hired Big Kahuna to turn our pool from Green to clean. They came out three times. My pool is still green. And they want $991 for this lack of service. Before and after pictures below. No difference.
I've been a part of the Big Kahuna family for five years now, and I love it. I bought a fixer-upper house with a pool that had been sitting and neglected. Isaac is awesome and brought it back to life. The staff in the store are professional and incredibly friendly. Cindy and Mike are simply the best, and I'm hoping Janine is enjoying her retirement. I recommend Big Kahuna to any pool, spa, or hot tub owner. They are the best.
My elderly widow mother purchased a new liner from them after my Dad died. They came and installed the liner which was to small and would not stay in the pool. Yvonne sent 2 men back and they told my Mom that the liner was to small so they had to apply heat and stretch the liner and they pulled a hole in a brand NEW liner and patched it and left.
