The front of my car looks phenomenal, literally looks brand new. They were fast with GREAT customer service. It was easy using my insurance thru them!! The main guy that handled everything was amazing!! Even let me leave my rental car there and called enterprise to pick it up. Was not near as expensive as expected!!
Coming from to OK from IN during thanksgiving we ran into a pretty bad snow storm from Effingham to STL. We slide off the road and caused damage to our vehicle that wasn’t there before-the undercarriage and breaks. We put in a claim with State Farm. They recommend Bill Knight Collission in BA. We had used them before. There was a terrible grinding noise that makes the vehicle unsafe. We paid our deductible when they said the vehicle was ready. I had a previous estimate done on my vehicle with a different collision shop and they wanted to replace the entire door rather than repair driver’s door. Repair cost would have been double. Bill Knight Collision repaired the door instead. Cost was way less and for that I am thankful since I was paying out of pocket.
Excellent communication, friendly and great service. I received several calls with status updates and my vehicle was completed 5 days ahead of the initial estimate, even after they had to order additional parts. Bill Knight made this a very smooth, seamless process - I would recommend to anyone.
Here it is Jan 12th and my car still has not been fixed. Josh from bill knight has not called about getting our car fixed. They are liars and do crap work. Thanks for nothing BILL KNIGHT! DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!! ZERO stars is all they deserve. They kept my car longer due to poor work or inspection, not sure where the ball dropped.
