I recently had my car serviced at Bill's Auto Clinic and had a fantastic experience. The service was top-notch, and the atmosphere was wonderful. They even offer condiments while you wait, and the comfortable couches in the front of the shop make the wait enjoyable. I highly recommend this place for anyone needing their car fixed. Ask for Alex, Mr. John, or Mrs. Rachel—they're fantastic! I'll definitely be returning whenever I need automotive assistance.

Very friendly and knowledgeable and fairly priced the reason I chose 4 stars instead of 5 is due to the time it took them to make the repair. It was a very complex head gasket job that should have taken a week to 2 weeks most, but turned out to take much longer, but they was very thorough. Great job guys

This is the worst shop I have ever worked with, they lied to me and told me that they would have my car ready in a week, no problem. I called them the day before it was supposed to be ready to ask the status and I was told that the car hadn't even been started yet and when I said that didn't make sense they got the mechanic on the phone who said "oh yeah we're just waiting on one more part so it should be ready by tomorrow as planned or Monday at the latest And the mechanic personally guaranteed that he would give me a call ... read more

I had an appointment for a NC State inspection. this was my first time at this establishment. Place was clean, had a decent waiting room with coffee and such. The staff was friendly and nice. They took me right in and I was out of there in no time. Definitely will return in the future when needed.

I got a free brake inspection and it was done in a timely manner. Everyone was very nice and professional.
