We had extensive hail and wind damage, so we had our entire roof replaced as well as the gutters. I highly recommend Billy Harris Roofing. The roofers did an amazing job. Joshua who was our representative helped us through the process, including working with our insurance who initially denied our claim. Ultimately, our insurance company approved the claim, thanks to Joshua and the appraiser who worked with Billy Harris.
Brad was great to work with and represented Billy Harris Roofing extremely well from start to finish. He presented various roof options, but always wanted us to be comfortable with the final decision. He was extremely patient as we weighed the various options (bath fans, open/close ridge vents, etc...) during the process. He was very responsive to our questions, texts, and emails. Had Billy Harris roofing out to do some repairs to a newer roof that was not properly installed. They ripped off shingles, made the necessary repairs and replaced the shingles and you can’t even tell they were there. Perfect shingle match. Also notified me that they didn’t use as many materials as expected and dropped my price. Excellent!!
The team did an excellent job from start to finish. Our point of contact Brad G helped us with the entire process from personally inspecting our roof to meeting our insurance adjuster to insure all items were captured on the claim and walked us through the entire process. Billy Harris Roofing really came through for us folks! We dealt with Jeremy. He was top notch and knew everything there was about everything. The insurance claim, product info, installation, time involved, and the end game. He really helped us with our claim to State Farm.
