I discovered billyland.com in 2015 by accident, honestly thought it was to good to be true, but I gave it a shot and signed up to be a bidder and within a few months we won our bid and now have of Colorado dream land! The office personnel are amazing and really work with you and you speak with the same person generally every time you call, it's not a huge company, its people who want to see your dreams come true! And with our credit I never thought it's be possible for us to own 5 acres in Colorado! I love them and if I ever decide to purchase land again it will definitely be with them!

This is a great place to buy land. Very courteous people and even understanding if late on a payment. I look forward to talking to Crystal when I call to make a payment and the other girls too. A beautiful piece of Colorado property that we couldn't have other wise afforded if not for "Billy Land". Very reasonable prices.

I really liked participating on every parcel auction that I chose, which their where seven properties total and acquired. Billy and His staffing where really helpful answering promptly all my questions by phone or e-mail regarding the properties that I was interested on. I have definitely been recommending the company BillyLand.com to my friends and family and anybody else that wants to acquire some land without any kind of problems. Probably some people will disagree with me, because they were the top bidders, and they didn't win; well that's because they didn't get to the owner's reserve agreement to sell this property. So try again, and if you really want this property...try (Buy it now). Thanks Billy.
